Super Effective

I drew this to practice a technique we'll be using for an assignment this week in my online drawing class. Smudge charcoal all over the paper and use your eraser to draw? Crazy! But, it just might be crazy enough to work.

I don't know why I chose to do a fencer, but I did. I used an iStock photo I found on google for the reference. I showed this to my mother after I finished it, and she ripped apart his posture. It was quite amusing. First of all, he isn't standing sideways, making himself a bigger targert, and apparantly he used a move called 'slap' instead of using a different move that would have allowed him to run along the blade and attack him.

Maybe he didn't have enough PP left in that move. >.>
